Todd Nelson Todd Nelson has been a licensed full-time Realtor since 1999 with Old Colony Realtors, where he sells real estate in West Virginia and southern Ohio. He is a graduate of the Marshall University College of Business, where he majored in marketing and business logistics. He is an Accredited Buyer Representative, a Certified New Home Specialist, and a Certified Networker. Todd is a member of the Huntington Board of Realtors, the Kanawha Valley Board of Realtors, the West Virginia Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Huntington Success Chapter of Business Network International.
