Can you believe the interest rates?

The interest rates are incredible! A local lender was quoting a 30 year fixed interest rate at 4.125% on a conventional loan today. This lender was also quoting a 15 year fixed interest rate at 3.75% on a conventional loan. I do not remember conventional loan interest rates for home purchases being this low in the nearly 12 years that I have been in the real estate industry. With interest rates this low, it is like homes are on sale right now. It is an awesome time to buy a home.
